How the login works
On a phone or a desktop, the storefront has two buttons in the top right corner: Login and Register. Login asks for the email address and password you registered with. There is no separate casino and sportsbook account; one login opens the casino lobby, the live tables, the promotions page and the sportsbook, which on mobile sit in a tab bar along the bottom of the screen.

The email step that most people miss
Registration asks for an email address, and clause 5.3 makes you responsible for keeping it valid and current. That address is more than a username. The welcome bonus is not added in the cashier; it arrives as a link in an email after the address has been verified. Players who register with an address they rarely check, or whose provider files the message as spam, log in, deposit and find no bonus at all.
So before the first deposit, open the inbox, confirm the address, and look for the bonus email. If it is not there, check the spam and promotions folders. The offer itself is explained on the bonuses page and, for people searching for a code, on promo code.
"Not available in your region"
If the page loads but shows "Sorry, Zenobet is not available in your region. Access from your current location is restricted," the storefront has decided you are connecting from a restricted country. Clause 4.1.3 of the terms lists them: Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of the Comoros, the United Kingdom, Russia, the United States and its territories, every country on the FATF blacklist, and any other jurisdiction barred by the Anjouan regulator.
Canada is not on the list, and on 28 August 2026 the storefront opened normally from a Montreal connection with the Canadian offer in C$. A Canadian who sees the banner is usually running a VPN, a privacy relay or a corporate network that exits in another country. Turn it off and reload.
Do not try the opposite. Clause 3.4 forbids VPNs, proxies and any service that masks your real location, and clause 8.8 says a withdrawal may not be processed if you break the restricted use rules. Logging in from abroad through a tunnel can cost you the balance.
Forgotten password and locked accounts
The password reset lives on the login form and sends a link to the registered email address. Clause 5.6 puts the responsibility for the password on you and advises changing it regularly, and it adds a point worth remembering: as long as the login details were entered correctly, the company is entitled to assume that every bet, deposit and withdrawal was made by you. A shared or reused password is therefore your risk, not theirs.
If the account is locked, dormant or closed and there is money in it, clause 8.6 sends you to the Customer Service Department. Clause 21.1 asks that all communication comes from your registered email address, so write from that inbox rather than a new one. The storefront links to customer service; rating sites describe live chat and email as the channels, with chat the quicker of the two.
One account, and why a second one backfires
When a login fails, the tempting fix is to register again with another address. Clause 5.4 rules that out: one account per person, and the company can close duplicates immediately, including accounts run by relatives, associates or anyone acting on your behalf. A second account usually ends with both being closed and any bonus on either being voided. Recover the first one through the password reset or customer service instead.
The same clause family explains why the company may ask for documents. Clause 5.2 lets it require verification before you bet or withdraw, and clause 8.4 allows photo ID, proof of address, a selfie or a call before a payout. None of that blocks the login, but it can block the cashier, so doing it early saves a stalled withdrawal later. The details are on withdrawals.
Lookalike login pages
Searching for the brand name brings up more than the operator. Several sites on domains that combine the brand name with a country or a second level ending present themselves as the official Canadian site, with their own login and register buttons that lead through their own redirects. Their pages quote a different licence and bonuses the operator does not offer, which is the easiest tell.
The operator's own terms name Zenobet Ltd, company number 16027, licensed in Anjouan under ALSI-202509034-FI1. A page that names a different licence authority, or a welcome offer that does not match the promotions page inside the lobby, is not the operator. Enter your password only on the storefront you reached from a link you trust, and never on a page that asked for it before showing you the lobby. Our own buttons go through our partner link to the operator; this site never asks for your login details.
Whether the operator itself is worth trusting is a separate question, covered on is Zenobet legit.
Logging in on a phone
There is no app to download. The mobile site keeps the same Login and Register buttons at the top and a tab bar at the bottom with Menu, Casino, Promotions and Sport. The browser will remember the session like any other website, and adding the site to the home screen gives you an icon that opens straight into the lobby. How that works on iPhone and Android is on the mobile app page.
A login checklist
- 1
Register with an inbox you read, and confirm the address before depositing.
- 2
Turn off any VPN or proxy; Canada is allowed, a masked location is not.
- 3
Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
- 4
If locked out, reset the password or write to support from the registered address.
- 5
Never open a second account to get around a problem with the first.
Questions about logging in
Why does Zenobet say it is not available in my region?
The storefront shows "Sorry, Zenobet is not available in your region" to visitors from the countries listed in clause 4.1.3 of the terms, among them the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Spain. Canada is not on the list. If you are in Canada and see the banner, check that no VPN or proxy is running.
Can I use a VPN to log in?
No. Clause 3.4 forbids VPNs, proxies and anything that masks your real location, and a withdrawal can be refused if you break the restricted use rules.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the password reset from the login form; the link goes to your registered email address. If you no longer have access to that inbox, contact customer service from the same address you registered with, as clause 21.1 asks.
Can I open a second account if I cannot get into the first one?
No. Clause 5.4 allows one account per person and lets the company close duplicates immediately, including ones opened through relatives or third parties.
Is there a Zenobet app to log in with?
No native app. You log in through the mobile browser, and the site can be added to the home screen so it opens like one.
