No code, and here is what replaces it

On the Canadian storefront there is no promo code for the welcome offer. The operator's own description of the bonus spells out the sequence: create the account, verify your email, wait for the message titled 1st Deposit Bonus, and make the deposit from the link inside it. The bonus is credited after that qualifying deposit.

That is the whole trick, and it is the reason for most of the complaints you read about a missing bonus. People register, go straight to the cashier, deposit, and the money lands as plain cash. The offer does not attach itself to a deposit made outside the email link, and getting it added afterwards means a conversation with support.

The Canadian welcome offer in full

These are the terms attached to the welcome bonus in the operator's own bonus data, as seen on the Canadian storefront on 28 August 2026. The banner says 100% up to C$500 plus 100 free spins across two deposits. The terms describe what each deposit actually carries.

The C$500 figure is therefore real, but only as a total, and the second half is locked until the first has been wagered. A player who deposits once and stops gets up to C$250, not C$500. The full cost of clearing 35x is worked out on our bonuses page.

How to claim it, step by step

If the email does not come, contact support before depositing. It is much easier to get the offer attached before the money moves than after.

So what is the promo code field for?

The deposit form does have a field for a code, and clause 7.5 of the terms says that a player who accepts an offer by entering a bonus code during deposit agrees to the bonus terms and the terms of that specific offer. So codes exist as a mechanism. They are used for targeted promotions: an offer sent to a particular player, a campaign with a partner, a reactivation message.

What we did not find is any public code that improves on the standard Canadian offer. The bonus data for Canada lists two promotions, the welcome bonus and a free spin offer, and neither needs a code. If a site promises you an exclusive Zenobet code worth more than C$250 on a first deposit, it is describing something the operator does not publish. Enter it if you like; the worst case is that nothing happens.

The other Canadian offer: 120 free spins for C$30

The second promotion in the Canadian bonus data needs no code either. Deposit C$30 or more and you get 120 free spins on Gates of Olympus. The offer runs until the end of April 2027, but the spins themselves expire 24 hours after activation, and winnings from them carry 35x wagering. Standard casino terms apply on top.

Why other sites show different numbers

Search for a Zenobet bonus and you will see at least four different welcome offers: C$500 with 50 spins, C$500 with 100 spins, C$500 with 150 spins, and 200 USDT with 200 spins on Sweet Bonanza, sometimes at 40x. They are not all wrong. They come from different streams of the same casino, and from people copying each other.

• Canada. 100% up to C$250 plus 50 spins per deposit, C$500 plus 100 spins across two, 35x. This is what a Canadian account gets.
• The global crypto stream. Checked through the operator's bonus API on 10 September 2026 from outside Canada, it offered 100% up to 100 USDT plus 100 extra spins on Sweet Bonanza on the first deposit, valid until 30 November 2026. Earlier reviewers saw 200 USDT plus 200 spins across two deposits.
• Copied figures. C$500 with 150 spins matches no offer in the operator's data. It appears on pages that also claim a Curacao licence, which the operator does not hold.

Rules that apply whether or not you use a code

Every bonus, coded or not, sits under the same terms. Maximum bet rules apply while a bonus is live, so one oversized spin can void the balance. Bonus funds expire after 30 days and take the attached winnings with them. And clause 8.3 gives the company room to remove bonuses and reverse winnings where it decides play was designed to satisfy wagering artificially, such as betting both sides of a market.

There is also the withdrawal side. A deposit that has not been wagered five times can attract an 8% fee, minimum EUR 4, if you withdraw it, and until the bonus wagering is met the company may limit you to the deposit less fees.
