Getting money out of Zenobet, clause by clause

Four rules in section 8 of the terms decide what you can withdraw, how much of it, and what it costs. None of them appears on the banners.

The short version

A withdrawal at Zenobet is cheap and simple if you do three things: verify the account before you need to, play each deposit through at least five times, and cash out to the method you paid in with. Skip any one of them and the terms give the company room to charge you, slow you down or hand back only the deposit. Everything below is read from Terms and Conditions v1.6, 1 June 2026, section 8.

Minimum
EUR 20 / USD 20
Monthly cap

What each clause actually says

  • 8.1

Minimum per request. The smallest withdrawal is EUR 20 or USD 20, depending on the currency of play, or the equivalent in another currency. For a Canadian dollar account that means a request of roughly the same value in C$; the terms do not print a C$ figure of their own.

  • 8.2

The 8% administrative fee. No commission applies once the deposited amount has been wagered at least five times. Below that, the company reserves the right to charge 8% with a minimum of EUR 4, citing anti money laundering and fraud controls. The same clause adds that, until the applicable wagering is met, the player is not entitled to withdraw balance, winnings, gains or bonus funds, and that the company's liability can be limited to returning the deposit still in the account, less fees.

  • 8.4

Identity checks before payout. Photo ID, proof of address, a selfie or a verification call can be requested before any withdrawal, and again at any time later.

  • 8.5

Same way out as in. All withdrawals go back to the card, bank account or method used to fund the account. Paying out elsewhere is at the company's discretion and always comes with extra security checks.

  • 8.7

The monthly ceiling. EUR 10,000 a month, or the equivalent. If your balance is at least ten times the total of your deposits, the ceiling is EUR 5,000 a month instead.

The 8% fee, worked through

The fee is the clause that surprises people, because it punishes the most natural thing a cautious player does: deposit, play a little, change their mind and ask for the money back. The rule is about turnover of the deposit, not about winning or losing.

SituationTurnover of the depositWhat clause 8.2 allows
Deposit 100, wager 150, withdraw1.5 times8% fee, and winnings can be held back
Deposit 100, wager 500, withdraw5 timesNo commission
Deposit 40, wager nothing, withdraw0 timesFee of 8% is 3.20, so the EUR 4 minimum applies

The amounts in the table are illustrative units, not a quote in any currency; the rule itself is the one printed in 8.2. The practical takeaway is simple. If you want to test the cashier with a small first withdrawal, which is a sensible habit at any new casino, play the deposit through five times first. On a EUR 20 deposit the minimum fee of EUR 4 is a fifth of the money, which makes an early exit expensive for exactly the people who deposit least.

Monthly limits and a large win

EUR 10,000 a month is enough for most players and never comes up. It matters when a single session changes the size of the balance. Clause 8.7 ties the lower limit to a ratio rather than a sum: once the balance is ten times what you have put in over the life of the account, the monthly limit halves to EUR 5,000.

Take a player who has deposited the equivalent of EUR 2,000 in total and hits a balance of EUR 30,000. The balance is fifteen times the deposits, so the lower ceiling applies, and taking the full amount out at EUR 5,000 a month runs to six months. The terms do not say whether the remainder can keep being played in the meantime, and a balance left in an offshore account is exposed to every discretionary clause in section 8.3. Withdraw the allowed amount as soon as each new month opens.

How long it takes

The honest answer is that Zenobet does not say. Neither the terms nor the storefront we read on 28 August 2026 publishes a processing time for withdrawals. Rating sites that tested the cashier describe an internal review that aims to finish within 24 hours for accounts that have already passed identity checks, and crypto payouts arriving within about an hour of approval. Those are their observations, reasonable for a crypto first operator, but they are not a commitment you can hold the company to.

What the terms do make clear is where the time goes. Verification under 8.4 is the slow part, and it can be triggered at the first withdrawal, which is the worst possible moment. Upload documents right after registering and the first payout waits only on the cashier, not on a back and forth about a utility bill.

Which methods pay out

The account can hold CAD, NZD, EUR and USD alongside BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT and USDC. Canadian dollars are native, so a C$ account does not convert on the way in and again on the way out. Crypto withdrawals go to the wallet the deposit came from, in line with 8.5.

Interac is the question every Canadian asks. Several rating sites list it for Canada, and it would make sense for a storefront that prices its bonus in C$. We cannot confirm it: the list of cashier methods is served only after login, and we publish only what we have seen. If Interac is what you plan to use, open the cashier before depositing and check that it is offered both ways, because under 8.5 the deposit method is also your withdrawal method.

Card, e-wallet and prepaid methods that some lookalike sites advertise under the Zenobet name are not something the operator's terms or storefront mention. Trust the cashier, not a third party page that calls itself official.

Bonus money and withdrawals

The welcome offer on the Canadian storefront, as seen on 28 August 2026, is 100% up to C$250 with 50 free spins on the first deposit, at 35x wagering and 30 days to clear. While it is active, winnings are not withdrawable. You can cancel the bonus, but 8.2 then lets the company return only the remaining deposit, less fees, and keep what was won along the way. If a quick withdrawal matters more to you than extra playing money, skip the bonus email and play with cash only. The details of the offer are on the bonuses page.

A clean first withdrawal, step by step

  • 1

Open the account in CAD and verify identity and address straight away.

  • 2

Deposit with the method you want the money back on.

  • 3

Wager the deposit at least five times before asking for anything out.

  • 4

Make sure no bonus is active, or that its wagering is complete.

  • 5

Request at least the EUR 20 equivalent, and stay under the monthly ceiling.

  • 6

Keep the confirmation. Disputes over settled bets must be raised within three days under the complaints section.

More on currencies and the rest of the cashier is on payments, and the account side is on signing up and login.

Questions about withdrawals

How long does a Zenobet withdrawal take?

The operator does not publish a processing time in its terms or on the storefront. Rating sites describe an internal review of about 24 hours for verified accounts and crypto payouts within an hour; treat those as their observations, not a promise from Zenobet.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

EUR 20 or USD 20 per transaction, depending on the currency you play in, or the equivalent in another currency. That is clause 8.1 of the terms.

Why was 8% taken off my withdrawal?

Clause 8.2 lets the company charge an administrative fee of 8%, at least EUR 4, when the deposited amount has not been wagered at least five times. Wager the deposit five times over and the fee does not apply.

Is there a monthly withdrawal limit?

Yes. Clause 8.7 caps withdrawals at EUR 10,000 a month. If your balance is at least ten times the total you have deposited, the cap drops to EUR 5,000 a month.

Can I withdraw with Interac?

Rating sites list Interac for Canadian players, but the list of cashier methods sits behind the login and we have not seen it ourselves. Clause 8.5 also sends a withdrawal back to the method that funded the account, so the method you deposit with decides the way out.

Can I withdraw while a bonus is active?

Not the winnings. Until the wagering is met, clause 8.2 says the player is not entitled to withdraw balance, winnings or bonus funds, and the company may limit the payout to the deposit left in the account, less fees.

Read from Terms and Conditions v1.6, 1 June 2026, section 8, and the Canadian storefront as seen on 28 August 2026. The cashier's method list is behind the login and is not reproduced here until we can see it ourselves.
